This Privacy Notice for Gary Brandeleer (doing business as Perfectphather) ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you download and use our mobile application (Perfectphather), or engage with us in other related ways.

What personal information do we process? We collect information you voluntarily provide (name, email, children's ages and interests) to generate personalized activity ideas.
Do we process sensitive personal information? No.
Do we collect information from third parties? No.
How do we process your information? To provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
Do we use AI? Yes. We use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate activity and conversation suggestions. Your data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy.
How do we keep your information safe? We use industry-standard technical and organizational security measures. No electronic transmission is 100% secure.
What are your rights? Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. See Section 12 for details.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services or use them. This includes:
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment. All payment data is handled and stored by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store credit card or payment details.
Social Media Login Data. If you register using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive certain profile information (name, email) from that provider.
Application Data. We may request access to your device's camera (for profile photos) and push notifications (for daily briefing reminders). You can change these permissions in your device settings at any time.

Our Services may link to third-party websites or applications. We are not responsible for the safety or privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Yes. Perfectphather uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized activity suggestions and conversation starters for each child. To do this, we share relevant profile information (child's age, interests, energy level) with Anthropic as part of the AI prompt. This data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not share your name or email with Anthropic.
We offer registration via Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In. When you use these, we receive your name and email address from the provider. We use this information only to create and manage your account. We recommend reviewing Apple's and Google's privacy policies to understand how they handle your data.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the US. We take appropriate measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable law, including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK transfers where required.
We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, unless we are required to retain it by law (e.g., for fraud prevention or legal compliance).
We use industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including encrypted databases (Supabase with Row-Level Security), HTTPS for all data transmission, and secure secret management for API keys. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Perfectphather is designed for parents/guardians who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The children's profile information (name, age, interests) entered into the app is provided by the parent/guardian, not by the child directly.

Account deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting hello@perfectphather.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track signals as no uniform technology standard has been finalized.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other US states with privacy laws may have additional rights including the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal data. California "Shine The Light" Law: California residents may request information about any personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not share data for direct marketing.
